My Story: How
It All
Started....
Hi there! My
name is Tony Thomas
and I wanted to
take a bit of time
to tell you about
how Site Build It

After 8 years of
loyal service to a
company, my job was
suddenly
outsourced. I had
mixed feelings.
Although it was a
stable job that I
could count on (or
so I thought!), I

in 6 years. No sick
pay and no holiday
pay either. Did you
ever hear the song
by Bob Seger
called, "Feel Like
A Number?" Yup,
that was me.
I was feeling
pretty doggoned
hopeless. I felt as
if I was going to
be there rest of my
life. I was happy
to be employed, of
course, but hated
the place I was
slaving away at. I
was on a massive
pity party.
 I
had come to
the
realization
that loyalty
to
any company
was pure
folly. They
didn't care
about me as a
person. The
only thing
they cared
about was the
money I could
put in their
pockets and,
beyond that, I
was absolutely
expendable.
I needed to do
something for
myself, because I
was the only one I
could totally count
on to do me
right.
Been there?
Maybe

The Beginning Of My
Journey....
I'm not
sure the exact
second when it
happened (I'm sure
it had to have been
one of my many bad
days), but I just
said to myself,
"enough is enough."
I was going nowhere
awfully fast and I
had reached the end
of my rope. I
needed out and I
was going to do
something about it,
come hell or high
water. Since I knew
a fair deal about
the Internet
already, I started
looking around to
see if there was a
way of making money
from home.
 I
knew that
there were
thousands of
"Get Rich
Quick" schemes
out there, but
I wanted
something that
actually
worked. Big
shocker,
huh?
Eventually, I
came across
something called

want to be taken,
so I was going to

pages I went to, I
couldn't find any

I then went to

I really
enjoyed perusing

the one that really
struck a nerve with
me and got me

I'm happy to say,
"no." Nothing could be
further from the truth. I created my
own SBI web site, Romantic Oregon Coast
Vacations in May of 2006. I am having a
terrific time building it, and am
seeing some great traffic and money
coming in. It's still a young site, so
I have to give it time and just enjoy
the ride. My goal is to have a home at
the Oregon Coast and SBI will be my
vehicle to get there. I know that now
and it sure is nice to know something
exciting about my future!
